TAKE BACK YOUR MIND

Better Focus and Less Distraction in 3 days

$47 $37

Do you sometimes feel like your phone owns you? Or perhaps the mere sound of a vibrating phone at a co-working space distracts you from staying focused. If so, the latest neuroscientific research now suggests what we’ve feared all along. Due to the many notifications on our phones and those around us, our brains have been re-wired to seek distraction when faced with stress. And social media companies have known all along.

So I’ve put together a simple hands-free method to re-wire our brains to be more resilient in the buzz of distraction.

This 3-day meditation journey is designed to help you build resiliency so that you can focus more and get distracted less by the many phone notifications that buzz around us. It’s simple, powerful, and effective.

Each day includes a:

  • sonically immersive guided meditation

  • space for deep reflection

  • daily challenge to move from internal awareness to external action

This is most helpful for people who:

  • have a project that keeps getting pushed back

  • desire deeper intimacy with loved ones

  • feel pulled by the many thoughts running through the mind

  • want to be more efficient during work

  • have been misdiagnosed with ADHD

FAQ

I’ve taken other courses to help me focus better. How is this different?

This is a meditation journey. It integrates the principles of neuroplasticity to help the subconscious mind specifically withstand the pressures of modern-day phone notifications. It will complement the other tools learned through other courses, yet stands on its own.

How long will this take me to complete?

The total run time is about 20 minutes per day for three days, though some people choose to reflect a bit longer. You will have access to all three days immediately. However, it is encouraged to spread the material out over a three-day period to properly integrate the exercises into your daily routines.

How many times should I do this?

You will have lifetime access to the 3-day course, including any future additions or updates. This means that you can take it as many times as you’d like. Most people will benefit from re-visiting this course every quarter (i.e. three months).

Will this make me laser-focused?

Yes, but it’s entirely up to you to integrate the practices in the course. This is where the real work comes in. Remember, it takes around 66 days to create a new habit. Yet, if you get caught up in the whirlwind of life, the course will always be back here ready for you to plug back in.

Do I need to have a meditation practice already established to do this?

No, those new to meditation will gain a new insight each time they do it. This is mainly due to the skills gained through consistent meditation practice, such as moving from awareness —-> witness state. Yet, beginner meditators may benefit from listening to the meditations first begin taking part in the meditation.

Born out of a need…

After my son was born, I noticed just how easily his attention would be pulled away by the buzz of a phone notification or the flicker of a screen. It got me to realize that I too had a hard time concentrating whenever I’d hear a phone go off. I also noticed that whenever I would want to create deep and meaningful work, I’d feel the pull to check social media as my stress levels rose. That’s why I developed this 3-day meditation journey. It’s a simple tool that I’ve found effective in my own life and one that I feel confident will work for you, as well.
